Online Orders
If you need to exchange an item:
- E-mail us ASAP. Exchanges will only be available if we are contacted as soon as you receive the item. You will be given return instructions regarding how to send back the item.
- If you have placed an order online, please continue to correspond with us via e-mail. Our store staff will not be able to access your order information. If you need to talk to a staff member in person, e-mail with a daytime phone number you can be reached at and we will contact you.
- If you made a purchase online, you cannot exchange it in store without a return authorization number.
- All additional shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. 
Example: if you send an item back for an exchange, you will have to pay to ship the item back to us AND pay the shipping & handling fees to send the new item back to you.
- If you are unable to choose another item at that time, a credit note will be issued. Credit notes do not expire.
In Store Purchases
- Bring in your item with tags attached and your store receipt. A credit card or visa receipt is not sufficient. We will not accept any items for exchange without a receipt.

The following items are a final sale and CANNOT BE EXCHANGED:
- Hosiery
- Pasties
- Wigs
- Hats & Headpieces
- Underwear
- Silicone products (bras and breast forms)
- BDSMÂ novelties
- Latex
- All items from the “Sexy Costumes” section of our website
- Special order items
- Discounted items
